Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic was formed in October 2018 by the joining together of Mercy Catholic Medical Center (Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, Pa.), Nazareth Hospital (Philadelphia, Pa.), Saint Francis Hospital (Wilmington, Del.), St. Mary Medical Center (Langhorne, Pa.), and their associated home health and LIFE programs, physician practices, aligned joint ventures, sub-corporations, programs, and services.

Friends for Heroes was started by a group of six friends in 2015 to honor and give back to those veterans and their families that have given so much in service to our country. It is our small way to humbly say “thank you”, and to remind as many of our veterans as we are able that they will not be forgotten……not ever.

The mission of the Bucks County Opportunity Council (BCOC) is to reduce poverty and partner with our community to promote self-sufficiency.
BCOC is the lead anti-poverty, 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. As the designated Community Action agency for the county, it is part of a national network of over 1,000 agencies established in 1965 as part of Lyndon Johnson’s War on Poverty. We are dedicated to ending poverty by connecting people with the resources they need to thrive.

HEPATITIS B FOUNDATION
The Hepatitis B Foundation is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a cure and improving the quality of life for those affected by hepatitis B worldwide. Our commitment includes funding focused research, promoting disease awareness, supporting immunization and treatment initiatives, and serving as the primary source of information for patients and their families, the medical and scientific community, and the general public.
The Hepatitis B Foundation, Baruch S. Blumberg Institute and Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center are three distinct nonprofit organizations working in a shared ecosystem to foster scientific innovation to create a world free of hepatitis B and liver cancer.

Newtown Arts Company is dedicated to supporting the theatre arts in the heart of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This mission is accomplished through the production of family-friendly live theatre, the granting of scholarships and the development of theatre arts education for area residents. Newtown Arts Company is committed to entertaining and moving audiences, as well as to offering an inclusive and inspiring creative experience to volunteers, both on stage and behind the scenes.

The mission of the St. Bede Catholic Youth Organization Board is to offer all, who are eligible, the opportunity to participate in all the CYO sponsored programs. Participation, in the athletic events, is to be considered primary. “Competition and winning” are by-products of participation and are secondary.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
People in Bucks County and all over the world partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Habitat Bucks’ shared equity, land trust model now permanently preserves the affordability of our homes.
With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and their families.
MERCER MUSEUM
MERCER MUSEUM
The Mercer Museum is a six-story reinforced concrete castle designed by Henry Mercer (1856-1930) and completed in 1916. Today, it is one of Bucks County’s premier cultural attractions and a Smithsonian affiliate.
The museum complex features local and national traveling exhibits, as well as a core museum collection of over 17,000 pre-Industrial tools. This permanent collection offers visitors a unique window into pre-Industrial America through sixty different crafts and trades, and is one of the world’s most comprehensive portraits of pre-Industrial American material culture. The museum also features a research library that is a center for local history related to Bucks County and the surrounding region, with its roots dating back to the founding of the Bucks County Historical Society in 1880.

In 2009, we formed the 501(c) nonprofit corporation Philadoptables to help Philadelphia get closer to the goal of becoming a No Kill City. What is that? It’s a City that finds humane opportunities for all healthy and treatable animals who have lost their homes or who are at risk of doing so. These are not only companion animals, but also animals, such as feral cats, whose homes are our communities.
No Kill communities are safer, more compassionate and humane communities. Which we believe is a very good thing!

HERITAGE CONSERVANCY
Heritage Conservancy is a community-based, nonprofit that works with communities, landowners, businesses, governments, and other mission-focused organizations to ensure that the landscapes that make our region special endure and flourish, for the benefit of people and nature. Founded in 1958 and based in Doylestown, PA, Heritage Conservancy has worked to protect more than 17,000 acres of open space, farmland, wildlife habitat, and important watershed areas throughout Bucks and surrounding counties.
